Many of the ingredients used in our dishes are handpicked in the surrounding moutains of Kuriyama. Our extensive knowledge of the local area means that we can pick the best maitake mushrooms and mountain vegetables to ensure that our meals are not only healthy, but fresh and delicious too. Specialties include Mountain Vegetable Soba, "Dattan" Soba, and Katsudon Set. There is also a specials board offering up the latest fresh fare.
